I feel like I was born to sell…
Before joining milehimodern, I had a decade-long career in sales and advertising. I sold Xerox printers, helped launch 5280 Home magazine, and led the sales team for a local home décor company, Deny Designs. And to be honest, I was a pretty darn good salesperson. Over the years, I honed my negotiation skills, learned how to truly listen to my clients, and understood the power of empathy, communication, and grace. Going through my own home-buying process in 2015, I realized I could use the expertise I’d gained to apply my skills to sell something that really mattered. Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant transactions of people’s lives, and my understanding of the nuance, the handholding, the attention to detail, and the finer points of sales and negotiation needed throughout the process would help me deliver on behalf of my clients.
I wanted to help people’s dreams come true…
I guess you can say the rest was history. I became the Sloan’s Lake Agent in 2018 and have been relentlessly guiding buyers and sellers through their real estate journeys ever since. I revel in the opportunity to market and sell homes at their highest level and at the prices they deserve. I’ve worked with hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors in that time. Each time I hand over the keys to my clients, I am overcome with a sense of pride and excitement, knowing that we’ve found the perfect home together. And while Sloan’s Lake is obviously my jam, I’ve lived and worked all over the city and am a true neighborhood expert. From the Highlands to Applewood, from Jefferson Park to Congress Park, I have an acute knowledge of all that Denver has to offer. One of my favorite parts of my job is discovering a client’s unique life story and finding a home that will fit their lifestyle.
